Ava Protocol continues to make tremendous progress, with significant strides and exciting developments across the board. We recently shared a demonstration of our API’s event-driven execution, unveiled our approach to smart wallet account abstraction, and expanded our ecosystem with key events and partnerships, including with Phala Network to enhance transaction privacy for web3 automation.
Ava Protocol is also partnering with Soneium, the layer-2 blockchain from Sony Block Solutions Labs, to empower creators and developers with no-code, intent-based automation tools. Our infrastructure will support the Soneium Spark incubation program, enabling participants to streamline their projects effortlessly. More info on how this collaboration will help redefine automation for creative industries will follow soon.
These updates underscore our unwavering focus on advancing decentralized infrastructure and setting a new standard for secure, user-friendly super-transactions. Read on for the highlights, and don’t miss our EigenLayer meetup on Oct. 7 to kick off SF Tech Week…
Automation API Walkthrough
In our new product demo, our founder, Chris Li, demonstrates how Ava Protocol’s API streamlines interactions with Ethereum smart contracts. It enables automated task creation and scheduling, with smart wallets and operators executing tasks based on predefined conditions like token price thresholds. Developers can track, inspect, and verify task executions, with the ability to cancel or troubleshoot tasks if necessary.
EigenLayer AVS Upgrades
Our engineering team has also made several important improvements to Ava Protocol’s EigenLayer AVS infrastructure. The addition of ECDSA key alias configuration strengthens security, while the integration of Prometheus endpoints boosts monitoring capabilities. Our upgraded API implementation optimizes performance and the developer experience, enabling smoother and more flexible automation workflows.
Ava Protocol x Phala Network for Web3 Privacy
Ava Protocol has partnered with Phala Network to enhance privacy in Web3 automation. In enabling private super-transactions, Ava Protocol protects user data like transfer amounts and contract interactions by using Phala’s confidential virtual machines. This prevents transaction manipulation and safeguards sensitive data with trusted execution environments. Flashbots Protect guards against MEV attacks, ensuring secure, efficient, and private transaction automation.

Gasp x Ava Protocol AMA
Ava Protocol and Gasp recently discussed innovations in secure cross-chain liquidity. Gasp's gas-free, MEV-protected swaps align with Ava Protocol’s trustless automation vision. Both protocols leverage EigenLayer's restaking model to create more secure, decentralized, and user-controlled DEX solutions. The discussion highlights Gasp's “escape hatch” mechanism and the benefits of encrypted mempools for preventing transaction reordering.
